Material Reports

The “Materials” reports section provides detailed information about movement, cost, and turnover of materials in your inventory. 1. Material Inventory Value This report shows the total value of all materials in stock for the selected period and frequency. Available settings: - Time period - Frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) - Storage location selection - Material categories - Option to include deleted materials - Option to include planned operations - Chart display 2. Material Transaction History This report displays all operations for a specified material during a selected period. For each transaction, it shows: - Quantity - Stock level after the operation - Unit cost - Total operation cost - Running total cost - Status (actual or planned) Available settings: - Material selection - Time period - Transaction type filter - Storage location selection - Option to include planned operations 3. Material Turnover Shows the total turnover (inflows and outflows) of materials for the specified period. Available settings: - Time period - Display type (quantity, cost, value) - Storage location selection - Material categories - Option to include planned operations 4. Material Inventory at Date This report shows the quantity, average unit cost, and total value of materials on a selected date. Stock levels are shown as of the end of the day. Available settings: - Date - Storage location selection - Material categories - Option to include planned operations - Filter for inventory below minimum stock level 5. Material Turnover Rates This report demonstrates inventory turnover rates of materials for the selected period. Turnover is calculated in two ways: - In days: shows how many days the average inventory remains in stock before being consumed (Days of Inventory on Hand) - In turns: shows how many times the average inventory is completely consumed and replaced during the selected period Available settings: - Time period - Calculation method (in days or in turns) - Storage location selection - Material categories - Option to include planned operations 6. Materials ABC Analysis ABC analysis categorizes materials into three groups by business importance: - A — high value (20% of items representing 80% of purchase value) - B — medium value (30% of items representing 15% of purchase value) - C — low value (50% of items representing 5% of purchase value) Available settings: - Time period - Sort method (by purchase volume or average inventory level) - Option to include planned operations

The “Products” report section provides comprehensive information about the production, storage, and sales of your products. 1. Product Inventory Value This report shows the total value of all products in stock over your selected time period and frequency. Available settings: - Time period - Frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) - Storage location selection - Product categories - Include deleted products - Include planned operations - Display chart - Calculation method (at cost or at sales price) 2. Product Transaction History Displays all operations with a specified product for a selected time period. For each transaction, you'll see: - Quantity - Stock level after the operation - Unit cost - Total cost - Running total cost - Unit price - Total price - Running total price - Status (actual or planned) Available settings: - Product selection - Time period - Operation types - Storage location selection - Include planned operations 3.
