The Profit and Loss Report provides a comprehensive overview of your business's financial performance, showing revenue and expenses by category, as well as gross profit. This report is a key tool for assessing the financial health and efficiency of your business.
Report Structure
The report is divided into the following main sections:

Each section contains a detailed breakdown by relevant categories.
Revenue is calculated based on sales orders.
Material expenses are calculated based on:

Materials consumed in production

Materials written off (not related to production)

Inventory audit results
Resource expenses are calculated based on their usage in production.
Gross profit is calculated as the difference between revenue and total expenses.
For each category of income and expenses, both absolute values and percentage shares are displayed (can be enabled in settings). All percentages are calculated as a proportion of the total revenue for the period.
