If you see an outdated interface or some features are not working after a Controlata update, probably your browser is showing a cached previous version. To load the current version, refresh the cache for app.controlata.com using the instructions below.
Step 1. Hard reload the page
Open app.controlata.com and press:

Windows:
Ctrl + F5orCtrl + Shift + R -
macOS:
Cmd + Shift + R
This is enough in most cases. If you still see the old version, continue to Step 2.
Step 2. Clear cache only for app.controlata.com
macOS
Safari

From the top menu, choose Safari → Settings.

Go to the Privacy tab.

Click Manage Website Data.

Type
controlatain the search field. -
Select
app.controlata.comand click Remove. -
Confirm and refresh the page.
Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera
-
Open
app.controlata.com. -
Press
Cmd + Option + Ito open developer tools. -
With the panel still open, right-click the reload icon next to the address bar.

Select Empty Cache and Hard Reload.

Close the developer tools panel.
Mozilla Firefox
-
Open the menu (three horizontal lines at the top right).

Go to Settings → Privacy & Security.

Under "Cookies and Site Data", click Manage Data.

Type
controlatain the search field. -
Select
app.controlata.comand click Remove Selected. -
Save the changes and refresh the page.
Windows
Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera

Open
app.controlata.com. -
Press
F12to open developer tools. -
With the panel still open, right-click the reload icon next to the address bar.

Select Empty Cache and Hard Reload.

Close the developer tools panel.
