Every audit has a status. An audit status can have the following values:
Planned
An audit is initially created with the Planned status. Stock levels of materials and products at the storage location are not changed. In this status, you can enter actual quantities based on your physical count.
Completed
When an audit moves to the Completed status, stock levels of materials and products at the storage location are updated to match the actual quantities you entered.
To change an audit status, click the status icon and select the desired status. Before the status changes, you will see a breakdown of how stock levels will be affected.
You can also change the default status assigned to new audits. This can be configured in Settings. For example, if you set the default status for new audits to Completed, stock levels will be updated immediately when an audit is created.
