You can quickly import items for purchases, sales, production runs, or any other transaction from Excel or Google Sheets. There are two ways to do this.
Copy and Paste from Excel
This is the simplest option. The column order for Excel files is described below.

Select the required area in Excel or Google Sheets

Copy (Ctrl + C for Windows, Cmd + C for Mac)

Click on the material/product selection field in your purchase, sale, production, or other transaction

Paste (Ctrl + V for Windows, Cmd + V for Mac)
CSV Import
You can also import transaction items from a CSV file. CSV file requirements:

Each row should correspond to one material, product, or resource

Columns must be arranged in the order specified below

The file may also contain a header row

File encoding must be UTF-8
Matching items
When importing materials or products, you can specify either their name or SKU. Matching occurs by either of these parameters. When importing resources, you need to specify the resource name.
