In the settings section, find the Users block and click Add to add a new user. Here you can also edit and delete existing users.
After adding a user, they will receive an email with a link to create a password and log into the system.

Access to sections
When adding a user, you can restrict their access rights to different sections of the system. These permissions can be adjusted later.
View permissions allow users to open the corresponding section of the system and view all its elements.
Edit permissions also allow users to add new items and edit all existing items in the corresponding section of the system.
Status permissions allow users to change the status of operations. This setting is available for sections with operations (purchases, production, sales, transfers, write-offs, audits). For example, you can allow an employee to work with production but prevent them from changing operation statuses.

Financial data visibility
For selected employees, you can hide financial data: material and resource prices, product cost and product prices, as well as the bill of materials.
Additional rights
Here you can configure additional rights.

Allow data export lets the user export data from the system.

Allow deleting lets the user delete records. For example, you can allow an employee to edit data but prevent them from deleting records in the system.
Admin rights give the user full access to all sections and settings of the system. Only an administrator can:

Manage users: view the list of users, invite, delete, and edit their permissions, and assign other administrators.

Change system settings that apply to everyone: default statuses, SKU display, currency, and settings for purchases, sales, production, etc. Regular users cannot see these settings.

Save column and menu settings for the entire company, not just for themselves.

View the activity log for all users in the company. A regular user only sees their own actions.

See the settings sections "Production statuses," "Categories," "Integrations," "Company details," and "Delete all data." These sections are visible only to the administrator.
