Importing Materials

You can import your materials from a CSV file. To do this, click on the three dots next to the “Add” button and select “Import”.

Requirements for the CSV file:

  • Each row should represent one material

  • Columns can be in any order

  • The file may include a header row

  • The file must use UTF-8 encoding

After uploading the CSV file, match the file columns with the system fields and confirm the import.

Exporting Materials List

You can also export your materials list in CSV or XLSX format. To do this, click on the three dots next to the “Add” button and select “Export”. Then choose your preferred file format.

The export will include the materials currently displayed on screen. If you need to export only specific materials, you can filter them first and then export the filtered results.

Exporting Material History

You can export the transaction history of a material. From the material details screen, click on the three dots in the upper right corner. Then select “Export history” and choose your preferred file format.
